Jim Berlin, Business Development Director of The ASHVINS Group, Inc., an Information Technology consulting firm focused in medical and life science industries, announced that the company has signed a Development Agreement with a leading Insulin Pump Technology Company for application development services.
The project objective is to provide insulin pump users with PC and web based technology that will allow them to track, trend, monitor and share critical diabetes related data available to them in their pump. “The Insulin Pump Company is an innovative organization with advanced technology and a unique approach that is unlike conventional pump therapy. Working with the Insulin Pump Company, Ashvins Group will develop an overall data management system that is designed to conveniently interface the user’s insulin pump and PC in order to allow patients to better manage their diabetes. The data can also be shared with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) to facilitate remote monitoring, disease management and increased communication between patients and HCPs.
